Ham-Cheese-Egg Breakfast

- 3 c. plain croutons
- 4 slices wheat bread
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. boiled ham, diced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine bread, ham and croutons.

2Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard; set aside. Combine both cheeses with ham and croutons.

4Toss. Pour eggs and milk over all.

5Sprinkle a few croutons on top. Pour melted butter over all.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.

8Last 15 minutes, remove foil.

9Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
