Ham-Cheese-Egg Breakfast

  • 3 c. plain croutons
  • 4 slices wheat bread
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. boiled ham, diced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine bread, ham and croutons.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard; set aside. Combine both cheeses with ham and croutons.

    Toss. Pour eggs and milk over all.

    Sprinkle a few croutons on top. Pour melted butter over all.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered.

    Last 15 minutes, remove foil.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
