- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated flaky biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion. Shred Swiss cheese and mix all ingredients except biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits.

3Lay each biscuit over a mini-muffin pan cup and mold around muffin cup, leaving center hollow to fill with bacon mixture.

4Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
