  • 1 lb. lean (only) baked or broiled ham, ground
  • 1 lb. grated American Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. very finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Grind 1 pound of lean ham.

    Grate cheese; mix with mayonnaise. Season with grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Tabasco sauce, black pepper and chopped nuts.
