- 2 lb. clear meat from ham hock
- 1 lb. pork steak
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Grind clear meat and pork steak together.

2Mix eggs, milk and cracker crumbs together with hands.

3Heat remaining ingredients to pour over ham fingers ad you place in oven.

4You can mix this together and form like small sausages or fingers the night before, as it takes a little time to form them.
