  • 2 lb. clear meat from ham hock
  • 1 lb. pork steak
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Grind clear meat and pork steak together.

    Mix eggs, milk and cracker crumbs together with hands.

    Heat remaining ingredients to pour over ham fingers ad you place in oven.

    You can mix this together and form like small sausages or fingers the night before, as it takes a little time to form them.
