- 1 cup Uncooked White Long Grain Rice
- 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil, Divided
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Cooked Ham
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Frozen Peas And Carrots
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

2Cook rice according to package directions (bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and rice, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes).

4Allow rice to cool COMPLETELY, then refrigerate.

63.Heat about 2 Tablespoons of oil* in a wok or large skillet over med-high heat.
