Ham Fried Rice

  • 1 pkg. fried rice mix
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 4 or 5 green onions
  • 1 (1/4-inch thick) ham slice (approximately 4 x 5 inches), cut into 1/2-inch squares
  • 1 egg (raw), scrambled
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen peas

Directions

    Pour cooking oil in skillet, add cut-up onions and tops to oil and cook for 2 minutes (over low heat).

    Add cut-up ham, cook for a minute or 2. Add frozen peas and the cold cooked rice.

    Mix well and heat until rice is hot.
