- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 16 oz. cut green beans
- 2 c. diced ham
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine; stir in soup and heat about 2 minutes.

2Add rice, beans, ham and seasonings.

3Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
