- 1 lb. red beans
- 2 qt. water
- 1 lb. ham hock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper pod
- 1 minced garlic clove
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

3Place beans in large pot. Cover with water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add hocks, onion, red pepper and garlic.
