- 1 pound ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pound bell pepper, cut in squares
- 1 (8 ounce.) can whole onions, liquid removed
- 1 (10 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 pound whole mushrooms
- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Combine preserves, ketchup, and soy sauce.

2One eight 12 inch skewers, alternate ham, pepper, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

3Broil kabobs till browned on all sides, basting with preserve mix.
