- 1 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
- 1/2 c. plain cracker crumbs (Stouffer's)
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Add 1/2 of sugar mixture; mix well.

4Shape into loaf.

5Pour other 1/2 of sugar mixture over ham loaf.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

7Yields 8 to 10 servings.
