Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ham ground together with 1 1/2 lb. fresh lean pork
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Grind together ham and pork.

2Add eggs, cracker crumbs and milk.

3Make into a loaf.

4Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, water, dry mustard and pineapple juice.

5Bring to boil and pour over loaf.

6Bake for 2 hours at 350°.

7Baste often.

8Watch closely at end as syrup burns easily.
