  • 1 1/2 lb. lean smoked ham
  • 1/2 lb. pork (ground)
  • 1/2 lb. beef chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 ??? tomato juice
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. bread crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Simmer for 10 minutes and add celery, pepper and bread crumbs.

    Form loaf.
