- 2 cups cooked pasta (spaghetti, linguine)
- 2 cups cooked broccoli
- 1 12 cups prepared tomato sauce
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup carnation fat-free evaporated milk
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
- 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese or 12 cup mozzarella cheese or 12 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

2Combine pasta, broccoli, and tomato sauce in a large bowl.

3Whik eggs and Carnation milk in a separate bowl.

4Stir in remaining 5 ingredients.

5Add pasta mixture and stir to combine.

6Pour into prepared pie plate.

7Sprinkle with grated cheese.

8Bake in preheated oven 40-45 minutes until mixture is set, cut into wedges.

9TIPS: Use up all your leftover spaghetti and meat sauce.

10Just replace the cooked pasta and prepared tomato sauce for any of your leftovers and you have a new meal -
