  • 2 cups cooked pasta (spaghetti, linguine)
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 1 12 cups prepared tomato sauce
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup carnation fat-free evaporated milk
  • 14 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
  • 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese or 12 cup mozzarella cheese or 12 cup cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 375F Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

    Combine pasta, broccoli, and tomato sauce in a large bowl.

    Whik eggs and Carnation milk in a separate bowl.

    Stir in remaining 5 ingredients.

    Add pasta mixture and stir to combine.

    Pour into prepared pie plate.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Bake in preheated oven 40-45 minutes until mixture is set, cut into wedges.

    TIPS: Use up all your leftover spaghetti and meat sauce.
