  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. apricot or orange preserves
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
