- 2 lb. cured ham
- 1 lb. fresh pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk (can use 1/2 c. Milnot plus 1/2 c. water)
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Grind cured ham and fresh pork together.

2Beat eggs and add with milk to ground meat.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pat into loaf.

5Bake about 1 1/2 hours in 325° oven.
