Ham Loaf Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ham loaf
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Form into balls.

    Place in a long cake pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350° to brown slightly.

    Remove from oven and turn meatballs in the pan.

    Return to the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes.

    Drain off hot grease.

    Makes about 40 meatballs.
