Ingredients

  • 1 whole Orange, Zest And Juice
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Seasame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Minced
  • 1 whole Dried Red Pepper, Crushed Or Coarsely Chopped

Directions

    After cleaning the orange, remove as much zest from it as possible add to bowl. Juice the orange directly into the bowl, catching any seeds that might be present. Then add the remaining items and mix.

    This can either be stored in a pint jar for a couple of weeks or used immediately as a glaze.

    To glaze: grill chicken until almost done, then rub the glaze on meat evenly. Watch for flame-ups on the grill.

    Note: this can also be used as a dipping sauce.
