  • 2 lb. ground ham, smoked and cured
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs or boxed Kellogg's corn flake crumbs

    together all ingredients and shape into logs (6 to 8 logs per pound of meat).

    Line baking sheet with foil. Lay logs on pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
