Ingredients

  • 400 grams Strong bread flour
  • 8 grams Dried yeast
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 6 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Skim milk powder
  • 260 grams Lukewarm water
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 15 slice Ham
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1
Leave the first rising of the dough up to your bread maker or dough kneader.
  2. 2
Let it knead for 20 minutes and let it rise for 40 minutes.
  3. 3
Divide into 15 portions(1 piece is about 55g), then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4
Stretch out the dough to a flat round disk that's slightly smaller than the size of the ham, then place the ham on top.
  5. 5
Use a rolling pin to roll it out (on top of the ham) so that it slightly peeks out from under the ham.
  6. 6
Roll up the ham, cut it into 4 equal pieces and place into aluminum cups.
  7. 7
Let rise a second time for 20 minutes.
  8. 8
Coat with egg to glaze and squeeze some mayonnaise on top.
  9. 9
I recommend using a lot of mayonnaise.
  10. 10
Bake for 10 minutes at 170C in a gas oven.
  11. 11
Top with parsley and they're finished.
