Ham & Mayonnaise Rolls

Ingredients
- 400 grams Strong bread flour
- 8 grams Dried yeast
- 40 grams Sugar
- 6 grams Salt
- 20 grams Skim milk powder
- 260 grams Lukewarm water
- 40 grams Butter
- 15 slice Ham
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Fresh parsley
Directions

1Leave the first rising of the dough up to your bread maker or dough kneader.

2Let it knead for 20 minutes and let it rise for 40 minutes.

3Divide into 15 portions(1 piece is about 55g), then let it rest for 15 minutes.

4Stretch out the dough to a flat round disk that's slightly smaller than the size of the ham, then place the ham on top.

5Use a rolling pin to roll it out (on top of the ham) so that it slightly peeks out from under the ham.

6Roll up the ham, cut it into 4 equal pieces and place into aluminum cups.

7Let rise a second time for 20 minutes.

8Coat with egg to glaze and squeeze some mayonnaise on top.

9I recommend using a lot of mayonnaise.

10Bake for 10 minutes at 170C in a gas oven.

11Top with parsley and they're finished.
