- 1 1/2 c. medium wide noodles
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 c. cooked ham
- 1 c. drained canned peas
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cook noodles; drain.

3Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.

4Cook and stir until thickened.

5Remove from heat.

6Add cheese, stirring until melted.

7Add noodles, salt, ketchup, horseradish, ham and peas.

8Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

9Top with melted butter and crumbs.

10Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until crumbs are brown.

11Makes 4 to 5 servings.
