  • 10 chicken wings frozen boneless
  • 4 lettuce leaves cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 1/3 cup pickles chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon low fat margarine
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 rolls bread

Directions

    Heat a large saucepan and spray with cooking oil, add the chicken wings and cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Turn occasionally to cook on all sides.

    Separately, mix the lettuce, carrot, pickles, and Ranch dressing.

    Melt the butter and mix with the hot sauce.

    Open the bread rolls and remove some of the inside. Fill the bread bun with the vegetables, add the chicken wings, and pour the margarine and hot sauce mix on top and serve.
