Ham-Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 or 16 oz) cans sliced potatoes drained or 4 cups sliced, cooked potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2+ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • salt (seasoned) and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Layer 1/2 the potatoes and 1/2 the carrots in a 2 quart casserole.

    Stir together soup, 1/2 cheese, milk, instant, salt and pepper and ham.

    Pour 1/2 over potatoes and carrots.

    Repeat layers.
