- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) lean, reduced sodium center cut ham steak
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and sliced
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Trim excess fat from ham.

2Place in an 11 x 7 x 1/2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

3Arrange potatoes and pineapple over ham; set aside.

4Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

5Cook over medium heat until hot. Pour over ham.

6Cover; bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
