Ham-Potato-Pineapple Bake

  • 1 (1 1/2 lb.) lean, reduced sodium center cut ham steak
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and sliced
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

    Trim excess fat from ham.

    Place in an 11 x 7 x 1/2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

    Arrange potatoes and pineapple over ham; set aside.
