- 1 (7 ounce) package thin spaghetti
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in salted water for 2 minutes less than the time recommended on package.

2Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.

3Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper.

4Gently stir in milk.

5Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in ham, peas and spaghetti.

8Allow to cool.

9Place in gallon freezer bag.

10Label and freeze.

11To serve: Thaw.
