  • 1 1/4 lbs. grnd ham, precooked
  • 1 pound grnd pork, lean
  • 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (fine)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

    Combine all the meat, Large eggs, graham cracker crumbs and lowfat milk.

    Mix well.

    Form into balls using about 1/2 c. for each ball.

    Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place puff balls in it and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
