- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.

2Trim excess pastry around edges; fold edges under and flute.

3Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.

4Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork.

5Bake an additional 5 minutes. You may use a premade pastry, following same cooking directions. Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle evenly into pastry shell.

6Top with ham.

7Set aside.

8Combine eggs, half and half, dry mustard and salt, stirring well.

9Pour mixture into pastry shell.

10Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.

11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
