Ingredients

  • 2 deep dish pie crusts
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 c. water
  • 8 oz. ham, cubed
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 small chopped onion (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Prick pie crusts with fork to prevent gas bubbles.

    Place a layer of ham and then cheese in the bottom of each crust.

    Mix well the dry milk powder and water.

    Mix in all other ingredients except paprika.

    Pour into the crusts and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake until brown on top and custard is firm.
