- pastry for 9-inch pie pan
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cooked, diced ham
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Line pie pan with pastry.

2Bake at 400° for 3 minutes.

3Remove from oven and gently prick with a fork.

4Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool on rack.

5Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.

6Stir in ham and cheese.

7Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

8Do not overcook.
