- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears or broccoli
- 6 (2 to 3 oz.) slices boiled or baked ham
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter.
