- 1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Mix together cream cheese, chives and onion.

2Spread on ham slice and roll tightly.

3When done, refrigerate ham roll-ups for at least 1 hour.

4Slice into 1/2-inch slices.

5Put on plate and serve as is or with crackers.
