Ham Roll-Ups

- 12 slices boiled ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 broccoli flowerets, cook about 10 minutes
- 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Put cheese on ham and broccoli and roll up.

2Place in shallow casserole seam side down.

3Dilute the mushroom soup with sour cream.

4Pour over roll-ups and sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over that.

5Bake at 350° for 3/4 to 1 hour until bubbly.

6Remove from oven and cover with Durkee onion rings in can.

7Return to oven 3 to 4 minutes.

8Serve over noodles and rice.
