  • 1 qt. cooked corn
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese

Directions

    Combine the corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 of the shredded Swiss cheese in a greased baking dish.

    Top with the remaining cheese.
