  • 24 slices boiled ham
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • paprika (optional)

Directions

    Combine spinach, stuffing and sour cream. Spread cream mixture on squares of ham and roll, placing seam-side down in oblong baking dish. Combine milk, cornstarch and butter. Cook until thick. Stir in the Swiss cheese. Pour sauce over ham rolls and sprinkle a little additional Swiss cheese and paprika on top. Bake, covered, at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
