Ham Rolls

  • 16 slices ham (long thin slices work better)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, pecans and garlic salt. Spread each slice of ham with mixture.

    Roll up in jelly roll fashion.

    Chill several hours or freeze one hour.

    Slice into pinwheel-like rolls.

    Keep refrigerated until serving time.

    May be served on Ritz crackers.
