  • 1 can Hormel chunk ham
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm rolls (20 attached in a pkg.)
  • 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Mix ham, softened butter (not melted), mustard, onion, poppy seed and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl.

    Split the whole package of rolls (treat as a single sheet).

    Spread mixture on both sides.

    Sprinkle Swiss cheese on one half.

    Put bread top on.

    Cut in squares.

    Wrap in aluminum foil.

    Can freeze but thaw before baking.

    Heat (in foil) for 15 minutes at 400°.

    Makes 60 small rolls for hors d'oeuvres.
