  • 2 c. ham
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 pkg. long grain and wild rice with seasonings
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits

Directions

    Brown ham in margarine.

    Add rice with seasonings.

    Drain syrup from pineapple and add water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid. Stir into skillet.

    Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed.

    Add pineapple.
