- Filling
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 2 green onions with tops
- 1 pinch oregano
- Omelet
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1For each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 T. water, then season.

2Over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter.

3Pour in beaten eggs.

4When cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath.

5When fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute.
