  • 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
  • 8 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding spinach to the boiling water for the last 2 min.

    Cook ham and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.

    or until ham is heated through and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Add cream cheese product and milk; cook and stir 2 min.

    or until cream cheese is completely melted.

    Drain pasta mixture; add to ingredients in skillet along with the tomatoes.
