Ham With Pineapple Sauce

- 1 (4 to 6 lb.) fully cooked boneless ham
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. pineapple or apricot preserves or orange marmalade
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place ham on rack in a shallow baking pan.

3Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 hours until done.

4Meanwhile for sauce, in medium saucepan cook onion in margarine until tender, not brown.

5Stir catsup, preserves and dry mustard.

6Heat through. Brush sauce onto ham before serving; pass remaining.

7Serves 16 to 24.
