Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can sliced chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook broccoli until crisp in a small amount of water.

    Drain well.

    Put back in pan and add cheese and 1/2 of butter.

    Melt and mix well.

    Add water chestnuts.

    Put into casserole dish.

    Top with crumbled crackers and remaining half stick of butter, melted. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
