  • 1/2 medium size onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Shred cabbage and put in baking dish.

    Saute onion and celery. Add hamburg and heat until redness is gone.

    Add uncooked rice, tomato soup and water.

    Simmer.

    Pour over cabbage.

    Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
