- 1/2 medium size onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Shred cabbage and put in baking dish.

2Saute onion and celery. Add hamburg and heat until redness is gone.

3Add uncooked rice, tomato soup and water.

4Simmer.

5Pour over cabbage.

6Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
