Hamburg Crumble

  • 1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
  • 6 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped raw onion
  • 10 green olives, chopped

Directions

    Fry hamburg in small pieces and crumble.

    Fry bacon and crumble. Place hot crumbled hamburg and bacon in bowl. Sprinkle on top: Cheddar, onion and olives. This can be served over rice, noodles or potatoes.
