- 1 lb. hamburg
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can tomato juice (46 oz.)
- 1 can corn (16 oz.)
- 2 onions, chopped
- oregano and basil
- 3 potatoes, diced
Directions

1Saute onions until tender, adding hamburg to keep moist. Flavor with parsley, oregano and basil.

2Set aside when browned, and pour off fat.

3Boil potatoes in tomato juice and add corn with juice when tender.

4Combine all ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
