  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Cook at 350° for 1 hour, covered.

    The last 15 minutes, uncover and top with chow mein noodles.
