Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup or 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 or 5 large potatoes
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. milk

Directions

    Boil the potatoes with skin on for 15 minutes. Brown hamburger and drain.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Spray Pam in casserole dish. Combine soup and hamburger (do not add water).
  4. 4
    This dish is layered as you would a lasagna.
