Hamburger Casserole

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup mix (cream)
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 or 4 potatoes

    Brown hamburger.

    Drain off fat.

    Mix hamburger with dry soup mix.

    Put half the mixture into casserole dish.

    Slice a layer of onion thinly over hamburger and also a layer of sliced potatoes sliced over onion.

    Repeat the layers of meat, onion and potatoes. Pour the can of mushroom cream soup mix on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
