Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can Niblets Mexicorn
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese or medium sharp Cheddar
  • garlic salt or powder
  • 1 can tomato sauce (medium can)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper.

    Brown ground chuck in skillet. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix these ingredients together in oblong baking dish. Drain corn.

    Now add cooked macaroni, corn and tomato sauce and more spices to taste. Grate cheese and mix half of the cheese in with ingredients.

    Use the other half of the cheese to top casserole. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.
