Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 4 (or more) chopped carrots
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
  • salt and pepper and any other seasoning
  • 7 oz. can Mexicorn, (whole kernel corn with peppers), drained
  • 2 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 zucchini, sliced
  • 13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
  • 7 1/2 oz. can sweet peas, drained

Directions

    In large Dutch oven, brown meat and drain.

    Add all other ingredients except corn and peas.

    Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Add peas and corn and heat to serving temperature.
