Hamburger-Corn Casserole

- 2 lb. cooked, crumbled hamburger
- 1 lb. can corn, drained
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder or diced
- 1 can biscuits or your own
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except biscuits, butter and cornmeal.

2Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

4Dip biscuits in melted butter, then cornmeal. Bake an additional 20 minutes, or until biscuits are brown. Freezes well.

5Add biscuits later.
