- 1 small cottage cheese
- chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp. curry
- 1 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper
- tomato sauce
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles.

2Layer in bottom of dish.

3Combine cream cheese, scallions, cottage cheese and green pepper (optional).

4Brown ground meat, onion, curry, garlic, salt and pepper.

5Layer cheese, meat, noodles, cheese and meat.

6Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

7Cook for 30 minutes at 350°.
